Recognizing the increase and high rates of COVID-19 transmission across the United States, the hotel’s highest priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our guests, employees, and our community.

Due to these concerns and to add to Chicago’s efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza River North is temporarily discontinuing business effective December 1, 2020. We plan to begin taking reservations for arrivals beginning April 1, 2021, though this is subject to change. Please visit for the latest information and updates.

If you have a reservation during this time period, we have waived all cancellation fees and penalties associated with your reservation(s) and all reservations will be refunded during the dates that we will remain closed.
